I’m 49 today.

49. Y’all…. fort-ee niiiine.

One year shy of half a century and I feel good.

Instead of the birthday song I’m singing with Fred Hammond

 “I feel good and I know it… don’t hate me if I show it hey!”

God’s joy on the inside will show up on the outside.

This past year has been a son of a gun.

I thank God to hit this milestone physically fit and healthy, emotionally stable and stronger, and closer in relationship with Him.
This year I underwent intense treatment for my disease to please.
I hung up my Super Woman cape and prioritized time and energy to focus on what really matters.
I’m so thankful and claiming the happiness meant for my life.

Help me celebrate. Savor life (and a perhaps a little sweet treat) with me.
